Local LO "Agri-tourism" at Luscher Farms in August 2026

The gardens at Luscher Farms are beautiful! Go visit!

Photos are worth a thousand words so I'll just show you what our visit was like. Every plot is different because every garden is "hand-crafted" by the plot manager(s) who plant, water and look after their gardens. It's like a quilt of so many different "patches". Bravo LO gardeners! It's free fun for all ages to go visit.

About Luscher Farm

From the City's website...

Luscher Farm, once a dairy operation owned by Rudie and Esther Luscher, was purchased in 1990 by the City of Lake Oswego. The property and buildings are maintained as an agricultural example with the intent to interpret and educate interested visitors in local food and organic plant production.

Today, Luscher Farm is home to a variety of organic and sustainable gardening and farming programs.

Luscher Farm is open to the public from dawn until dusk. Please respect our gardens and farm by walking only on designated pathways and keeping pets in the parking area only and on leash at all times. The pathways around Rogerson Clematis Garden and the Backyard picnic areas are made of compacted gravel and are firm, flat and stable. They are accessible to most people, including those pushing strollers and using walkers or motorized chairs.

There is also an accessible portable restroom located on the north side of the white barn.

When you're out on the Farm, there are many things to do!

Directions to Luscher Farm:
