Skip George Rogers Park this Summer. Construction. No Parking.
Construction is going on along the Willamette River all summer. George Rogers Park was already overcrowded with not enough parking in the summer. Now there are construction vehicles and work being done along the river to create a new pathway from GRP to Roehr Park. You might want to go there.
