What are the City of Lake Oswego's policies about abandoned vehicles and vehicles people are living out of?

George Rogers Park Master Plan from 2002 Was Sadly Never Funded
The City of Lake Oswego invested two years and a lot of time and money to create a comprehensive "Master Plan" for George Rogers Park that was accepted by the City Council on November 18, 2002. Many of our Old Town Neighbors were involved in collaborating with the City and Atlas Landscape Architects on the development of this plan.
