Music at LO Arts Festival This Weekend

Here’s a quick guide to the performers on the schedule for music at the Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts June 26 - June 28, 2026 with what type of music they play. This is all free (although the Festival is asking for a donation as you enter the George Rogers Park area where the tent is for the music). You'll also find a beer/wine garden and food trucks. Artists are also selling their work in the tents at George Rogers Park.
Terry Robb (Friday, 5:00–6:00 PM) – Acoustic blues, fingerstyle guitar, roots music. Terry is one of the Northwest’s best-known blues guitarists, blending Delta blues, ragtime, folk, and Americana.
The Cherry Poppin’ Daddies (Friday, 6:30–8:00 PM) – Swing revival, ska, rock, and jazz. Famous for their high-energy horn section and the hit “Zoot Suit Riot.”
Anny Chelsi (Saturday, 12:30–1:30 PM) – Pop, indie, and acoustic singer-songwriter. Contemporary original songs with an intimate style.
Ty Curtis (Saturday, 2:00–3:00 PM) – Electric blues, blues-rock, and soul. A powerful guitarist and vocalist influenced by Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix.
Steve Barton (Saturday, 3:30–4:30 PM) – Classic rock, folk-rock, and Americana. Best known as a founding member of the band Translator.
Ms. Vee (Saturday, 5:00–6:00 PM) – Soul, R&B, jazz, funk, and gospel. An energetic vocalist with a wide-ranging repertoire.
Mike Skill of The Romantics (Saturday, 6:30–8:00 PM) – Classic rock and power pop. Expect hits like “What I Like About You” and “Talking in Your Sleep.”
PSU Flute Choir (Sunday, 10:00–11:00 AM) – Classical and contemporary flute ensemble. A large group performing arrangements written specifically for flute choir.
The Brazil Tones with Brian Davis (Sunday, 11:30 AM–12:30 PM) – Brazilian jazz, bossa nova, samba, and Latin music. Relaxed, rhythmic music inspired by Brazil.
Portland Vanguard Big Band (Sunday, 1:00–2:00 PM) – Big band swing and jazz. Classic Count Basie, Duke Ellington, and modern big band arrangements.
The Tiki Men (Sunday, 2:30–3:30 PM) – Surf rock, exotica, Hawaiian, and vintage lounge. Fun, tropical-themed instrumental and vocal music.
Norman Sylvester (Sunday, 4:00–5:00 PM) – Blues, R&B, funk, and soul. A beloved Portland blues guitarist known as the “Boogie Cat.”
If you’re deciding when to go, people recommend:
Friday evening: Cherry Poppin’ Daddies for the biggest, danceable show.
Saturday evening: Mike Skill of The Romantics if you enjoy ’80s classic rock.
Sunday afternoon: Brazil Tones for a laid-back vibe, Portland Vanguard Big Band for jazz lovers, and Norman Sylvester for outstanding blues.
