What I say about her: she has high integrity; she's thorough and does what she says she will (and then usually more); she has incredible connections with people who can/will help you when you are selling or buying a home; she's incredibly calm and easy to work with; she knows Lake Oswego real estate well and all the "micro communities"; she's an excellent and fair negotiator; she is an exceptional project/process manager and a lot of being successful in real estate is doing that really well. I both like and respect her.
My favorite stories about Karen when she was my realtor:
I'm an optimist so I would ask her after every home I looked at, "what's wrong with it?" and she would tell me.
"Onward!" - how she ended most texts to me
She was at every showing on my home on the Lake and had a lot of funny stories for me about the questions people asked her like, "Why is this lake green? In California..." She answered, "Everything in Oregon is green."
She orchestrated a bidding war with three offers on my lake house
She is excellent at communicating with you throughout the process
She negotiated the deal on the house we live in now (and love) in Old Town
