From the announcement of the 9th Annual Clean Energy and EV Fair taking place September 19, 2026 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at the LO United Methodist Church, 1855 South Shore Blvd., Lake Oswego.
The Lake Oswego Sustainability Network (LOSN) is excited to host the upcoming 9th Annual Clean Energy and EV Fair.
Event Highlights:
Discover the latest EV models on display—from Ford, GM, Rivian, Volkswagen, Nissan, Genesis, Hyundai, Tesla, Kia, Polestar, and more.
Experience electric driving first hand with test drives of select vehicles provided by local dealerships.
Learn from experts and talk to individual EV owners about incentives, charging infrastructure, and EV maintenance.
Enjoy local food from Spice of Africa...the first 60 test drivers get a free lunch!
Also vendors displaying and discussing home appliances that reduce energy use and pay for themselves in lowered energy costs including:
heat pumps that can replace furnaces, air conditioners and hot water heaters
induction stoves that are healthier and reduce electric usage
solar energy in forms as varied as rooftop systems, community energy projects, and the exciting new prospect of balcony solar panels that plug into ordinary home outlets.
In addition, visitors can see demonstrations of battery-powered landscaping equipment. Vendors will also explain the importance of air-sealing and insulation, and exciting energy-efficient home retrofits.
Many exhibitors, including solar, heat pump, and insulation specialists—offer exclusive discounts and coupons just for visiting their tables at the fair.
Visitors are eligible for a drawing of three battery-powered STIHL leaf blowers ($300 value).
Fair partners include PGE, the City of Lake Oswego, and 18 additional sponsors.
