City Managers Proposed Plan for Addressing Pedestrian & Cyclist Safety and Old Town Neighborhood Livability

This is the entirety of the memorandum sent by Lake Oswego City Manager Martha Bennett to the Old Town Neighborhood Board on October 7th. Martha will be reviewing this with residents at the Old Town Annual Neighborhood Meeting on October 9th.
